How does the tool calculate the difference?
It calculates overtime from overtime hours and the basic salary, and absence from the paid days, then compares what is left with a rounding margin you can change; within it, the difference counts as justified.
Are payroll files uploaded to a server?
No. Processing happens entirely in your browser, and the content of the files never reaches us.
