Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the “Data Link” website (link-data.net) collects about you, why, and how we protect it. By using the site you agree to it.

1. Your files

The Excel and CSV files you use in the tools are processed entirely inside your browser on your device. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers, and we do not see their content.

2. Data we store

We store only the following data on our servers: your email and sign-in details, your subscription status and end date, and the usage history (tool name, file names, number of rows and differences, and date). We do not store any content from inside the files.

3. Storage on your device

The browser keeps your sign-in session. If you write notes or review marks on a result, they are saved on your device only so they come back when you upload the same files again; they are not sent to us, and they are deleted when you sign out or after 30 days.

4. Payment

Payments are made through the Paylink gateway. We do not receive or store your card details; we keep only the transaction number, the amount and the plan. Your name and mobile number are sent only to the gateway to issue the invoice, and we do not store them.

5. Services used

We use Supabase to store accounts and subscriptions, and Paylink for payment. Fonts and libraries are hosted on the site itself, except the Excel reading library (SheetJS), which is loaded from its official site. We use no tracking tools or ads.

6. Sharing data

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone, except the service providers mentioned above to the extent needed to run the account and payments, or when a competent legal authority requests it.

7. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time by writing to support@link-data.net.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, and the last-updated date appears at the top.
