By using the “Data Link” website (link-data.net) or creating an account on it, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Data Link provides tools to link and compare Excel files and review payroll. The results are an aid to review, and the user is responsible for verifying them before relying on them.
2. Plans
The free plan lets you try the tools on the first 20 rows of the main file. The monthly plan is 25 SAR for one month, and the yearly plan is 275 SAR for one year, and both include all the tools without limits.
3. Payment and renewal
Payment is made in advance for each period, the subscription does not renew automatically, and nothing is charged without your request. If you renew before it ends, the new period is added after the current one.
4. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the tools after subscribing, by writing to support@link-data.net. On a refund, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan.
5. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for any purpose that violates the law, or to try to disrupt it or to bypass the plan limits.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, and we are not responsible for decisions based on the results of the tools without the user reviewing them. We are not responsible for service interruptions for reasons beyond our control.
7. Privacy
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms, and the last-updated date appears at the top. Your continued use of the service after an amendment means you accept it.
